Subscription policy

These Subscription Terms apply to subscription purchases made through littlebrownfaces.com.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms, our Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and any terms shown at checkout.
1. Subscription Products
We currently offer subscription products that may include:

printed activity book subscriptions

PDF add-ons
-
gift subscriptions
We may update, change, or discontinue subscription options at any time.
2. Who Can Subscribe
Subscriptions are for adults buying products for children. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to use the payment method provided.
3. Current Pricing
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, current activity book subscription pricing is:

Taxes, add-ons, and other charges shown at checkout may apply separately.
We may update pricing at any time. New pricing will apply only going forward and will not change charges already processed.
4. Auto-Renewal
Printed activity book subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the selected term unless you cancel before the next renewal is processed.
If you purchase a prepaid subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of that term unless you cancel in time to stop the renewal.
Gift subscriptions do not renew automatically. They end when the purchased gift term ends.
Before you complete your purchase, we will display the material subscription terms at checkout, including:

that the subscription renews automatically unless canceled

the length of the billing term

the amount you will be charged
-
when billing occurs

how to cancel
We will also provide subscription terms and cancellation information in your order confirmation or another format you can keep for your records.
5. Billing
Billing takes place on or around the 15th of each month.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for the subscription plan you chose, plus any applicable taxes and clearly disclosed charges.
If payment fails, we may retry the payment, pause fulfillment, suspend subscription access, or cancel the subscription until payment is resolved.
6. Shipping Schedule
Printed subscription shipments are sent on or around the 12th of each month.
Shipping dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, inventory, or address issues.
7. Managing Your Subscription
If you signed up online, you may manage your subscription online through your customer account, including cancellation, unless a different method is clearly disclosed at checkout.
You may also contact support@littlebrownfaces.com for help with your subscription.
To affect the next shipment, your request must be received and processed at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled shipment date.
Requests made after that point may apply to the following shipment cycle instead.
Example: If your shipment is scheduled for April 12, we need your cancellation, skip, pause, or plan-change request by April 5 for it to apply to that shipment.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel an eligible renewing subscription before the next renewal charge is processed.
Cancellation stops future renewals only. It does not automatically refund charges that have already been processed unless your request qualifies under our Refund Policy.
If a charge has already been processed for an upcoming shipment, that shipment may still be refunded if your request is received at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled shipment date.
We aim to make cancellation at least as easy as sign-up. If you subscribed online, you should be able to cancel online.
9. Pauses, Skips, and Plan Changes
Where available, you may:

pause a subscription
-
skip a shipment
-
switch to another eligible plan
These options may depend on timing, inventory, account status, and the specific subscription you purchased.
To apply to the next shipment, requests must be made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled shipment date.
10. One Courtesy Change
We allow one courtesy cancellation or change per customer account for a first-time mistake if:

the request is made shortly after the order is placed, and
-
the order has not entered processing
This is intended for simple first-time mistakes, such as selecting the wrong plan or making an accidental purchase.
11. Gift Subscriptions
Gift subscriptions are prepaid for the selected term and end automatically when that term expires.
They do not renew unless a new subscription is purchased.
Refunds for gift subscriptions are governed by our Refund Policy.
12. Digital Add-Ons and PDF Products
Some subscriptions may include optional digital add-ons or PDF products.
Digital products are delivered electronically. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking spam, junk, or promotions folders if needed.
If you do not receive a purchased digital product, contact support@littlebrownfaces.com and we will work to resend or replace it.
Refunds for digital add-ons and PDF products are governed by our Refund Policy.
13. Damaged, Incorrect, Lost, or Missing Items
If a subscription item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost in transit, contact support@littlebrownfaces.com within 10 calendar days after delivery or after the issue is discovered.
Available resolutions, including replacement, refund, or store credit, are governed by our Refund Policy.
14. Refunds
Refund eligibility for subscriptions, gift subscriptions, and digital add-ons is governed by our Refund Policy.
In general:

timely cancellation requests may qualify for a refund of unshipped remaining subscription months
-
shipped subscription months are nonrefundable
-
gift subscriptions may be refunded only for unshipped remaining months
-
digital products are generally nonrefundable once sent, except for delivery issues as described in our Refund Policy
15. Material Changes
If we make a material change to a subscription after you have signed up, we will provide notice and information about how to cancel before the change takes effect, as required by applicable law.
16. Changes to Products or Terms
We may change subscription contents, themes, packaging, digital features, pricing, or related materials at any time.
We may also update these Subscription Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the revised version here and update the “Last updated” date.
