Refund policy

We want our policies to be clear and fair.

This Refund Policy explains when refunds, replacements, store credit, and returns may be available for purchases made through littlebrownfaces.com.

By placing an order on our site, you agree to this Refund Policy, along with our Terms of Use, Subscription Terms, and Privacy Policy.

Please include your name, order number, and a short description of the issue.

2. Timely Cancellation Refunds

We offer refunds for eligible orders when your request is received at least 7 calendar days before the item is scheduled to ship or be sent.

That 7-day window is measured from the scheduled shipping or send date, not from the date the order was placed.

If your cancellation request is timely and approved under this policy, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Example: If a shipment is scheduled for April 12, we need your cancellation or refund request by April 5.

3. Printed Subscriptions

For printed subscriptions, including prepaid subscriptions, you may request a refund for unshipped remaining months if we receive your request at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled shipment date for those months.

Any month that has already shipped, or is within 7 calendar days of its scheduled shipment date, is nonrefundable.

For monthly auto-renewing subscriptions, an upcoming billed month may be refunded only if your request is received at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled shipment date for that shipment.

4. Gift Subscriptions

Gift subscriptions may be refunded for unshipped remaining months if we receive your request at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled shipment date for those months.

Any gift-subscription shipment that has already shipped, or is within 7 calendar days of its scheduled shipment date, is nonrefundable.

Gift subscriptions do not renew automatically.

5. One-Time Physical Products

You may cancel a one-time physical product order for a full refund if we receive your request at least 7 calendar days before the item is scheduled to ship.

After delivery, unused and unopened one-time physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused and unopened

  • the return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • the item must be returned in acceptable condition

Original shipping charges are generally not refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless we determine the return is due to our error.

6. Digital Products and PDFs

Digital products, including PDFs and other downloads, may be canceled for a refund only if we receive your request at least 7 calendar days before the product is scheduled to be sent or delivered.

Once the file, access link, or delivery email has been sent, the purchase is generally nonrefundable.

If you have trouble receiving or accessing a digital product, contact us at support@littlebrownfaces.com. We will first try reasonable re-delivery or another practical technical fix.

If a digital product was not received due to a delivery issue, we will generally provide a replacement delivery rather than a refund.

7. Damaged, Wrong, or Lost Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost in transit, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

For the following issues, we will generally offer a replacement or refund:

  • damaged physical product on arrival

  • defective physical product

  • wrong item sent

  • package lost in transit

For a digital product not received due to an email or delivery issue, we will generally provide replacement delivery.

Please contact us within 10 calendar days after delivery or after the issue is discovered.

8. Delivered but Not Received

If a package is marked delivered but you report that it was not received, we will review the claim and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, that may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Because these situations can vary, we handle them case by case.

9. Wrong Address or Customer Error

If an issue results from an incorrect shipping address, an incomplete address, or another customer-provided error, we will review the situation case by case.

Any refund, replacement, or store credit in those situations is at our discretion.

10. One Courtesy Change

We allow one courtesy cancellation or change per customer account for a first-time mistake if:

  • the request is made shortly after the order is placed, and

  • the order has not entered processing

This is intended for simple mistakes like ordering the wrong item or entering the wrong subscription choice right after checkout.

11. Return Shipping

If we approve a return for a non-defective physical product, the customer pays return shipping.

If we request that an item be returned because of a damage, defect, or fulfillment issue, we will let you know whether a return is required and how to proceed.

12. Shipping Charges and Taxes

Shipping charges and taxes are generally nonrefundable.

However, we may refund shipping charges or taxes when:

  • required by law, or

  • we determine a refund is appropriate because the issue was caused by our error

13. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for processing.

In some situations, we may offer store credit instead if you prefer it.

14. Orders We Cannot Ship

If we cannot ship merchandise within the time we promised, or within the time required by applicable law where no specific time was promised, we may contact you about a delay and provide any legally required options, including a refund where applicable.

15. Chargebacks

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first at support@littlebrownfaces.com so we can try to resolve it directly.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date.
